Room was not ready until 5pm and we booked the room to have a place to get ready for a 6pm event...tons of people waiting in the lobby for their rooms

the day we landed, we had a great dinner, very reasonably priced. unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner for delivery of new equipment for the rest of our trip. but...our dinner that first night was amazing. and, we requested gluten free, and the chef specially made it for us, and said they are introducing a GF menu when they reopen.

I didn’t like the fire alarm going off at 2am asking the guess to evacuate when the staff did not and come to find out it was a false alarm that the staff did not tell the guess that were outside to come back in or announcing it.,did not like the cigarette smoke coming up to my room from a bar below
