Two valets stand out for this trip. BYRON and CLARENCE. Both of them were excellent and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.

My room should be updated. Noisy bumping, rumpling, noise throughout the night. Unable to sleep that night. Checkin staff could learn to smile. Parking rate of $45 a day was unknown until checkin. Difficult to adjust room temp for comfort. Air from vent blows directly on the head of the bed. I was either too hot or too cold. Adjustment was not possible. Door covering fridge is hanging loose. Sitting chairs in room need to be cleaned.

The bed bugs! Also I was told they would take care of my medical bill ( I only want the copay) but the manager refuses to . I filed a formal complaint with Corporate

The conversation you had with the Director of Front Office stated that the hotel would cover your medical costs contingent on the finding of bed bugs. Our contracted pest control specialist has inspected the room and found that there were no bed bugs or pests of any kind. You were also asked to provide any incurred medical costs to any member of our managerial team, and we have yet to receive any information supporting your claim. We are happy to assist in any legitimate issues that should occur during our guests' time with us. For further assistance, please feel free to contact the hotel directly. Although the hotel itself is nice and clean, I parked in the city's parking space to save some money. Valet parking for this hotel is painfully high.
