Hello, Mikeal. Your reservation was due to check out that day and due to the door being locked nearly three hours after our checkout time, we called the room several times with no answer. We were worried for your physical well-being. We properly knocked with a witness and entered the room when there was also no response to our knocking and verbal announcement. Thankfully we found that you were ok. You then asked to stay another night and you were charged for another night. Thank you, Management
