This hotel is truly friendly and secure. Staff was always very upbeat and helpful. The room was truly unique, overlooking the street cans passing on the street. Very unique hotel experience, from the Art Deco features and all of the different activities available in the hotel as well as the great location

The door greeter - always a pleasure to run into. Check in lady was so sweet and peppy. Loved our stay. I’m used to bright and tailored rooms at other big chain hotels. The hotel’s decor was a little weird to me at first - dark and mysterious - but I grew to appreciate it, as it complimented the town. The upper deck pool was fantastic and unexpected.

The bar and restaurant was amazing. Brunch on the weekend was life. The room staff and service was unmatched. Equal parts close and far enough from the crazy part of bourbon street

Trendy spot. Bars/Lobby area is a fun spot. Not really “in” the French Quarter (aka where basically everything you wanna do is located) so it adds extra walking/travel time to see the sights. Extremely overpriced for such small rooms. Like. Tiny rooms marketed as “Large” (which you also have to pay extra for btw). Decor & amenities are cool and all just not justifiable for the cost per night when you can get something with just as nice of an experience for WAYYYY cheaper more centrally located.
