First off we will not be staying here again. The staff was fine but the cleaning staff needs to be tuned up. The shower was not clean. We booked the room with 3 adults and only towels for 2. No remote for the TV. The phone in the room did not work and had to call from our cell phone into the hotel to get anything. Overall just disappointed in a hotel that has the Hilton named attached to it. It is an older hotel but the whole place reall y needs a refresh. Also the TV lost signal on out last night and not sure if it came back on. Management can do a lot better.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly! The bar tender and manager were so accommodating, for a late arrival and late night dinner, right before the kitchen closed. We so appreciated a couple of fantastic beverages and delicious food. The room, itself was filthy. There was a huge dark stain on one of the sheets on the queen beds, one of the window curtains was coming off the curtain hooks, the toilet was loose and I almost felt like I was going fall over, with the toilet on top of me. Plus, the toilet was running constantly, so much so, that it had dark water marks on it, which means it has been happening for a long, long time. The paint was peeling off the wood.

ONE OF THE ROOMS WAS OK, BUT THE OTHER ROOM HAD AN AWEFUL SMELL OF MOLD AND THERE WERE DIRTY TOWELS IN THE CLOSET. ONE GUEST COULD NOT BREATHE DUE TO HER C.O.P.D. AS A RESULT WE ALL BUNKED UP IN THE OTHER ROOM. WE DID USE THE ROOM AT ALL.

Check-in was for 3:00 PM. I got there about 3:30 PM, checked in, but no room available. Was available about 6:00 PM. Not the fault of the three desk clerks as they were dealt a bad hand, but they had to deal with the public. Other than that, the whole stay was enjoyable, the staff was professional, and it was a nice stay other than the delay in getting my room.
