Amazing rental
This is a fabulous place to stay and enjoy the beach and the overall area. Even more than I expected knowing it had great reviews. Check in process very easy and amenities very good! Excellent place to stay and hopefully will return again in the future. 10 star!!

Exceptional location to walk
Walk to beach in 1 short block, Neptune and Atlantic Town Center super close, Pier, boardwalk, restaurants, ice cream. Can't beat the location.

A Perfect Spot in Every Way!
The pictures, description, location were exactly as advertised. The instructions for parking, entering, clean up were crystal clear. The beds are comfy (no skimping there!), sheets, towels, supplies, floors, bath, bathroom rugs, showers were ALL nice and clean. So close to the beach! I would recommend and stay again ten out of ten. We have family in Jax Beach and when they stopped over, said they would recommend to future visitors. Thank you for making this part of our trip seamless!

Great Property!
This is our second year staying in this condo for our annual trip to Jacksonville for the Donna Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer. The condo is perfect for our group - it is close to the start/finish, very clean, has plenty of space, and the hosts provide everything you may need. It is also near good restaurants and shopping. It is a great, relaxing home away from home!

The condo is more spacious than it appears online. Furnishings were comfy; bedding was comfortable with soft linens. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach and to area restaurants. Would recommend to fiends and family.

Great location, great view, close to everything, 1 block off the beach! Beautifully appointed unit great to bring your family together. Dine in or walk to large number of restaurants and night life. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a family getaway
Stayed at this beautiful condo when up in Jacksonville Beach for a family wedding. It was spacious with everyone having their own room & bathroom. About a block to the beach and close to several good restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect getaway
This place was perfect! A stones throw from the beach and all restaurants and stores! The owner had plenty of towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, and toilet paper to go around! The home was comfortable, spacious, and clean! Everything that you will need for a great time in Jacksonville, we look forward to coming back!

Property was super close to beach, right across the street! Master BR suite huge with tub and separate shower. Nice in apartment laundry room with all necessities. Kitchen was well appointed and stocked, loved the snacks provided! Easy checking and checkout. Had issue with hot water but Cynthia got someone out to fix super quick. It was the perfect place for our weekend for my family of 6 adults!
