Front desk woman was irritable when I asked where the Happy Hour would be in the hotel. Then when I was swimming laps in the pool, the front desk woman let a woman into the pool who had been banging on the door to get in who WAS NOT A GUEST. There were two young girls with her who previously had been swimming without her without an adult present. They were clearly not guests of the hotel. The little girls had been running around the lobby without the woman when I arrived. Other guests noticed they had no adult supervision. The girls followed me into the pool when I went to the pool. They proceeded to undress at the pool. One was naked and I told her to go to the restroom to change. Again;NO ADULT WITH THEM. I started to swim laps and the woman came into the pool. Then after a while she and the girls left. Then they tried to come in again but the woman DIDN'T HAVE A GUEST KEY BECAUSE SHEWASN'T A GUEST. She tried to get me to get out of the pool to let her in. I did not let her in because I was suspicious. NEVERTHELESS THE FRONT DESK GIRL LET HER IN. After a few minutes, the woman and the two girls- who said they were ten and twelve AND WHO WERE SWIMMING IN THEIR UNDERWEAR- NOT BATHINGSUITS- left the pool in the hurry. The woman made the girls leave when they were still in their underwear. They left the pool and went to the parking lot. THE WOMAN ROBBED ME OF ALL MY CASH; AMEX CARD AND BANK CARD. SHE DEPLETED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND CHARGED THINGS ON AMEX. SHAME ON YOU
