Jasmin and Anesa went above and beyond to help me. I’ve been at the hotel almost 2 weeks and have had so many issues like getting locked out of my room to needing extra towels and help with future bookings. They have been so very kind and helpful to me and it has made my stay very comfortable and I feel safe here knowing Jasmin and Anesa will help me if I need it.

The property had a fire and was temporally closed on the requested date. No notification from Travelocity was ever sent and we were required to find different accommodations.
