i arrived at midnight and had to wait outside for over :30 minutes to even be let inside the property because i did not have a room key. The lobby and front desk was an empty ghost town. Totally unprofessionally handled! Also the parking validation did not work TWICE i had to leave my vehicle to get my ticket validated again at the front desk ... very frustrating!
