I canceled this reservation in a Monday for a Thursday stay. They still charged me on Friday afternoon.

Hello Marlene,Thank you for your review. After a closer look at your reservation, we noticed that your booking was done with a third-party reservation engine. In most cases, these reservations have cancelation policies and cancelations must be done with the third party where reservation was made and not with the hotel directly. I hope this will be resolved and we look forward to your next return.

The property was Noisy, from the Heating and cooling equipment to the parking garage, toilets, walls are paper thin, could clearly hear conversations in the hall. Stayed 3 nights glad to be home, exhausted from staying there. Had to get our own towells. We have always had good luck with Doubletree, not this one!

Older hotel in poor condition, they sell you on nice pictures of the lobby area which is honestly the only nice part of the hotel. The ac hardly worked and the rooms felt very humid. The staff did try to accommodate us and it is not their fault the hotel is in the shape it is. For the amount of money I paid I was very unhappy. Would not stay there again.
