The staff were great and the overall service was good. but the Hotel itself is showing its age. Fixtures are rusty, Lights make noises when you turn them on, furniture is worn, etc. The hotel was clean, but tired. The only complaint I have is about the bed. It was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I had back pain after sleeping on this bed for one night. It was even worse the Second night.

Our room was nice & clean.The staff are nice. I ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel, but ended up with a room on the side of the hotel that had Celebration Station and I-635. You won’t get a good nights sleep if you’re on that side of the hotel. So, call before you go, to avoid the loud side of the hotel.

I apologize that you did not get a good night sleep due to the highway noise and the noise coming from celebration station. We try to ensure our guest are comfortable. The next time you come and visit us we will put you in a room away from the highway. Give us a call before you arrive so we can ensure you are away from the highway if its available. Please come back and visit us again soon.

This was a pleasant hotel offering a reasonable room rate. A full breakfast was offered each morning, and there was an exercise room and indoor pool available. Staff was polite and friendly. Our room was cleaned well, and comfortable.
