The hotel has charged me for this stay, even though I paid for it via Travelocity, and they will not refund me.

Horrible Front Desk Staff

First when booked the stay I was given a final price. At hotel the clerk added $80 extra for hotel fees. I disputed it but they said it’s their policy even tho this app gives you final cost. They lack good customer service as the clerk then said a derogatory comment about me. I was floored even her manager defended her. They tried to appease me by giving me a feee dessert at a local restaurant. I will never go there again. Racism is alive and well at Fairfield

Friendly staff but room smelled so bad

Cons: improve on cleaning the smell from the rooms.
The staff was really nice and helpful. The only complaint is that the room smelled really bad. It smelled like the hotel has not changed the air filter is years... Great price and right off the freeway but they need to do something about the smell. I talked to a few other guests at the pool and at breakfast and all of them said the same thing that their rooms had a really bad smell. Hope this review was helpful
