The staff at this facility was terrible. They were all young and got smart when ashe’d any questions. They didn’t want to stock the breakfast area, ran out of syrup, and the hot water for tea was often cold. There were several instances where the employees were not even in the kitchen area. They were in the hallway eating area on their phones and seemed annoyed to have to get the things we needed. I was there for a youth Football tournament so there were several kids from our team and other teams staying there and they seemed annoyed and short tempered. From my team alone, there were 5 rooms booked for one week at about $1,000 per stay. The least that this facility could have done was been hospitable. We travel often for football tournaments and I will never book at Hampton Inn & Suites again.
