I chose this hotel based on the amazing reviews.It did not disappoint at all! Check in was quick and easy. My room was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay I was impressed by the breakfast not too bad for a hotel and whoever the lady was that was working the breakfast bar Christmas morning was nice and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we are back in the area!

Can you add Hilton Honors points? I neglected to enter the number when making reservation. I believe your web sited has a place for it. Hilton and property said they can't access record because reservation was made with you and paid through you.

Very nice property. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were very clean. We will definitely stay here next time we visit the area.

I made a reservation through Travelocity. I requested a room with a king bed and a sofa. After seeing the room, it was 2 queen beds. The clerk stated that there was not any king rooms available. I asked what happened to my reservation. She said because I made it through Travelocity there was no guarantee of what room I would get and she couldn’t change the reservation. I have never had a problem like this before. I didn’t get what I paid for.

This hotel was extremely clean, well stocked, and had friendly staff. Great, free breakfast selection. Decent sized indoor pool and hot tub.
