The staff was professional and the hotel was quite clean. The only downside was some of the guest were less than desirable, as they were fighting, police showed up, cussing & the such… Out of the hotel’s hands though. Drunk white women performing badly!!

Overall the Hotel updates are really nice. Everything is clean and fully functional. Love that the room had a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge! Very quiet rooms, even though we were very close to the elevator, we never heard a peep. My only complaint is about the beds. They were just not comfortable. Not supportive and tossed around a lot.

Lowest quality Hilton Garden Inn...

Pros: Staff - very friendly.
Cons: Room sizes.
Location: Allen is nice - property is ideally located.
I've been staying in Hilton Garden Inn properties for years, and I have always been pleasantly surprised until now - this unit in Allen is really sad. Cramped rooms, horrible water pressure, traffic noise from the 75, and a breakfast buffer that seemed like leftovers from the day before. All and all a sub-par experience.

Stay here

Location: Right by highway. Restaurants nearby.
My 2 bed room was ready early, the linens were luxurious, towels were even folded in a decorative fashion. I highly recommend.

A Classic Full Service Hotel

Pros: The restaurant/grill. Great hot breakfast.
Cons: Nothing really.
Location: Great locations with restaurants all around. A major shopping center just down the road.
We stayed there four days while visiting family. It's a great full service hotel with all the amenities.

The party they had on Friday!

The party was so loud it rattled our walls and lasted until midnight! Also why is it that I can stay at cheaper hotels and get A free breakfast but it cost $12.99 to have breakfast here? That just doesn't make since to me!?
