I did not get what I reserved, the rooms were old and the hotel needs an overall face lift. The lady serving breakfast was rude and overworked.

My room door was really difficult to open,

Wasn't area of breakfast wasn't free until after I already ordered, the staff wasn't very polite and friendly

Will not come back

I checked in at 7:00 pm and I still did not have a room available to me. I felt like I had to babysit staff to get a room even though it clearly states that check-in is at 3 PM so this room should have been ready at 3 PM so for the inconvenience they gave us two coupons for breakfast which was The breakfast was very stale The next day we went out and came back to find our clothes missing from the room when we approach the housekeeping about it they stated that if it looks like no one is staying in the room they get rid of the items after speaking to the assistant manager the items cannot be located so that was $150 in clothing articles lost The people at the front desk were very rude when we were trying to explain the situation to them and just kept giving us the runaround to know conclusion The assistant manager informed us that she will get in contact with Travelocity since we booked the hotel through their site to The assistant manager informed us that she will get in contact with Travelocity since we booked the hotel through their site to to reimburse us for one of the nights and they have yet to contact them. Good place to stay

Nice and clean, extensive cooked to order breakfast available. Only complaint I had was that hall noise was a little loud and noisy people at the pool until midnight. Pool was right outside my window.

Thank you for your comments regarding you're stay. I'm not to sure why anyone was out at the pool as it had closed at 10pm, but I will ensure my night crew is ensuring it's closure each night.
