Great hotel
This was a great place to stay. The breakfast was actually a full breakfast. To have it included in the price of the room, post Covid; and considering inflation is awesome. The room was clean. There were 4 of us. The lobby was clean and beautiful. Would definitely go when in the area again.

We liked the cleanliness condition, and location of the property and the value was excellent! The check in clerk on 1/30/24 late afternoon was efficient but not very friendly and did not give us a very good first impression. Homewood suites needs to engage in training their staff in professional courtesy to bring the staff interaction up to the level of the stellar level in which they maintain their facilities. The cleaning staff were very accommodating, and very friendly.

Comfortable but a little dirty
Out of the 2 rooms on my reservation one was terrible and one was ok. The bad room has a loose toilet that leaked water into the floor and hair all in the bathroom floor and tub. We asked the front desk for a change and they had no issues changing the room for us. The other room was good, just kinda dirty. There was food crumbs all over the kitchen counter and thick dust all over the doors. I would stay here again just because of how kind the staff was, but I wouldn't pay the amount of money they charge for a room. My biggest complaint was the whole hotel smelled like weed.

Dont let the lobby fool you... this place is a dump! Here are my thoughts... -The check in was very matter of fact... clearly she was pre occupied by the german shepard behind the counter... Im a dog lover btw.. - mounds of bedding and sheets liter the halls. -Mounds of garbage pilled up in the halls -free breakfast not very appetizing... -people roaming the halls as if they dont belong there.
