Excellent staff, comfortable bed, liked how the tv pivots to view in the sleep area or the sofa area.

The property is older and although well kept, shows signs of being an older hotel. The elevator lobbies should be remodeled and the room ceilings have the 70s/80s popcorn textured. The property is in an excellent location and one of the best values for the price.

The elevator was so hot, walking off elevator on 5th floor was so hot. Room had no microwave was a huge inconvenience having to take food to lobby to warm up. Thf fridge was off took all night to get cool. It said the Toyota music was a 15 minute walk that was a lie. We had to drive I picked hotel to walk to venue to avoid the parking cost.

We didn’t get the room we had booked and paid for, but they said that was between us and Travelocity. The room we got was one double bed handicapped room. I had requested a room with 2 double beds, but I did not pursue it and chose to stay in the room we were assigned. I would, however, like to be credited for paying for a better room.

Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff wasn't very welcoming. I didnt see ONE smile. The breakfast was ok. I was hoping they'd offer more variety for the extra cost. I do not eat pork or beef and there were no meat alternatives. As for check out goes I requested a late check out at 10am that morning (check out is noon). I was given until 3pm which I thought was amazing!!!! However, housekeeping knocked on my door twice within 30 minutes even with the do not disturb sign on the door. I told them both times that I had an extended check out. Then I received a call from the front desk about an hour or so later asking me if I was requiring another day. NO LADY I REQUESTED AN EXTENDED CHECK OUT!!! I requested it at 10am this morning and was told I had until 3pm. I was so ANNOYED because I was up late the night before and then got up for the 7am breakfast start time. I just wanted to relax!!!!!!!
