The breakfast was not as pictured but still food. In hotel they have photos of oatmeal with fruit and a variety and they did not have this. No fruit and a package of make your self oatmeal

The Travelocity description of the property says it has free shuttles to local dining and shopping. We chose this property specifically for that amenity as we would not have a car. The front desk said they have never had a shuttle which left us in a bind with 4 kids and no way to get anywhere.

Likely due to low occupancy, it takes about 15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm enough to take a shower. Annoying and wasteful.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that there was a whistling from the window while the wind was blowing.
