There was roaches in the room. The electric was faulty. The room was not red roof standards . I want my money back. I would never pay to let my dog stay there

1. A/C barley worked, putting out a little air. 2. Room and outside exterior could use fresh paint. 3. People working on a car in the parking lot. 4. Hot water was plenty, 5. Elevator got stuck with guest inside. 6. Renovation is badly needed.

Airport shuttle was a joke. Waited 75 minutes to get picked up and shuttle never came. Paid $17 to Uber to hotel.
