You don’t get what your order. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that is all the nice I will say. We had to switch rooms cause the first room had zero air conditioning. The second room was handicap and didn’t have a bath tub. They didn’t even try to make anything better.

Property look goods and clean. Nice Kitchen. Only thing bad is I saw a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast is not really breakfast they are sack bags with whatever you circle from check in and it’s not enough for 4 people. It’s a muffin fruit cereal and drink.

The staff was unfriendly and uninterested, talked among themselves and ignored guest after guest. There was trash overflowing in every can throughout our three day stay. Same with towels in the swimming area. The extra $100 dog fee was unreasonably as the room was already damaged and unkept. Air conditioners went out on two whole floors on our last night. Maids and breakfast staff were only competent and pleasant ones we saw during the entire stay. Not Marriott quality at all!
