The Valet made you believe it was mandatory to valet. Which was not disclosed in the booking. The 35.00 fee was also not disclosed as the other 50.00 in taxes and fees. Not worth 200.00 a night.

In the Dallas Downtown area, valet parking is the standard; it is convenient for our guests and still allows them access to their car 24 hours per day. Everyone was so helpful I had made a reservation but system showed for previous day even though they were busy the manager on duty went above and beyond to get my reservation reinstated ! They were so busy due to a concert in town but not one of their employees had bad attitude. The room we got on the 3rd floor was so clean and smelled great and bed and pillows were top notch ! Valet was also 5 stars gentlemen / women were quick and courteous !! Will definitely come back for my next trip .

The Bar they had on the 9th floor did not stop the music til 3 am. We were told about the bar upon our arrival however we were not notified that we were right below it. The staff in the front very rude to some customers with the exception of 1 guy that checked me in. The lady was extremely rude

Beware! Valet only for parking 6 feet away if that. Just a racket for this hotel to make money. These types of charges should be disclosed up front not when you get there. I obviously have a car to park because I drove from out of town otherwise I wouldn’t need a hotel. Road noise is loud. Bring a sound machine. Room was overall nice but I won’t be back due to the parking situation.
