- For security we have an Alarm system and an 8' cedar fence and exterior cameras. We also have an interior camera in the kitchen. There is only one interior camera and it has a view of the kitchen, family and hallway. This is not ever monitored unless we have reason to believe there is a party going on.This may be covered, if you have a 5 star review with 5 reviews.
- No parties please, no loud music, we have to be courteous to our neighbors and they are particularly sensitive.
-Maximum 16 people permitted including those visiting.

Very nice property neat Downtown
Property was close to many downtown activities. Host was very good with communication and made our stay super easy. The house had everything we needed and was week equipped. We would stay here again.

Poor management company practices
We were a large family of over 60 year old siblings. 5 couples gathered, so there were 10 under one roof. We had plenty of room and all would have been very comfortable except the management company does a poor job of: 1. communicating check in information, they waited until day of checking in. 2. Gave us each one towel, left on the bed with nothing in bathrooms as back up to even dry your hands on after washing. Nothing in the kitchen to work with other than one roll of paper towels, not a sponge or anything. 3 spoon and forks for the 10 of us to eat with 4. positive we left an extra special charger plugged into the wall of the kitchen near coffee maker, called while on our way to airport to ask for assistance with getting it returned, but no one ever called us back. 5. one of the beds had what appeared to be a fitted sheet that was not changed prior and no top sheet or blanket, just a bedspread pulled up over.

Nice house, a little rough neighborhood, no mention of indoor cameras in house description. A little surprised to find one in the kitchen. Also windows of neighbors are parallel so you can see into each others houses. Overall clean and nice place to stay just keep these few things in mind.

Great place
Everything as presented. Beautiful house. Excellent experience overall. Some sketchy activity in the neighborhood. We appreciated it’s proximity to everything. Housed 3 families with kids and everyone had enough space. Kids loved the loft area. Would definitely recommend.

Great house, great response from owner and everything met expectations BUT neighborhood was not a good area of town. Knock on door from homeless man, cars all hours of night. Truly worried about safety while there.
