I requested early check-in in advance however, the room was not ready. When I did check in, the room bathroom had dirt in the floor, dust on the towel shelf, fallen discarded items under the sink, a dirty ice bucket with no plastic and could not locate a remote for the TV.

Bed was comfortable. Great TV and modern facilities. The shower water pressure was set at lowest setting possible which was disappointing. I booked this hotel hoping to use the jacuzzi. It was closed. Ant infestation and I noticed orange mold on grout in shower and air vent in bathroom was full of dust.

Everything was OK except for breakfast. They advertise a free breakfast and then they serve garbage. The waffles were inedible and the eggs were liquid eggs and the sausage was mostly fat fried up to look like sausage. It made me sick to my stomach. If you do not want to serve quality food then don’t serve anything at all. Do not advertise a free breakfast and then serve garbage that I would not feed my dog.

They hotel it’s self is in great condición. The welcoming and friendliness was horrible. The man with glasses which I wasn’t able to get a name when I was doing my check in kept insisting I had no reservation. Which I did have he gave me such a hard time. I wouldn’t stay here again and not because of the hotel it’s self but because the guy in the front doing check in is not helpful and welcoming. A lot of people staying were doing the same complain.

New and clean. Funky smell in room ... bit nauseating. BIG PROBLEM... INADEQUATE PARKING. had to park at next door hotel and worry all night about it being towed. If you get there early in day no issue. Go out to late dinner and there will be no place to park.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. The room was pretty clean. Cons: The hotel never answers the phone. We were checking in late, so we called the 800 number to ensure our room wasn’t given away. They tried several times to reach the motel. They gave me the number, and I tried several times. No one ever answered. I asked the guy at the front, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said they were busy. He was busy playing a game on his phone. I called from the room the next morning to get the WiFi code, and no one answered. The rooms and motel smelled like mildew. I had to use my inhaler and take meds just so I could stay there; everywhere else was booked. The facility does not have enough parking. We were told to park on the fire lane. No way was I going to do that. I did manage to find where someone has used white paint to cover the fire lane/tow warning. The property was not well maintained. Trash was over flowing and large stains in the carpet in the halls. For approximately $250 a night, I would expect more from an establishment.
