Room does not match the photos on the website at all the pictures makes it seem like the room is bright and nice when it’s not at all. There was spider webs in few spots around the room. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. This property needs some maintenance. The septic system as well not the best.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff where polite and approachable Room was clean , and inviting Beds where great Complimentary breakfast was great lots to eat which enabled us fueled for a day of exploring ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was ok. Just ok. Room smelled like wet dog. Carpet was sopping wet in the room, near the bathroom wall (notified staff there’s an issue for sure). Breakfast area was warm and stuffy and most food was gone or picked over. No coffee. No milk. Remodel was done nicely and the place was decent overall, and fine for a night. Just a little on the dingy side.

My son and I traveled to Gatlinburge the first week of November. The weather and time of year were perfect. This Hotel is conveniently located and comfortable. We did not use the pool due to the outdoor temperature.The complimentary beakfast was very good and the staff friendly. Good value and service.
