I was unhappy that the motel could not accommodate my request. I didn’t ask for a handicap room but asked for room be joined or right next to my daughters room. She is my caregiver. Instead we were assigned rooms on different floors ☹️

We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Worked really well for 4 people since it was spacious. The hotel offers a full hot breakfast buffet and early evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres (more like a light meal!) included with the room. The pool and spa are clean and warm. The only downsides are that it can get a bit crowded at times for breakfast and hors d'oeuvres and it is a bit complicated to get to and from the hotel. The hotel is located on the edge of the NAU campus and luckily we stayed during their winter break, otherwise getting to and from the hotel may have been more challenging. All in all, a terrific place to stay. Wish we would have had more time to explore Flagstaff. Restaurants in the area are quite good.

Floor had pet hair. Looked like it needed vacuumed. Hot tub had green around the edge.
