What a view!
We booked the house due to the photo that was posted for the listing and the view in person was even better. The house was clean and very nice. A perfect spot to spend the night after seeing the Grand Canyon. The house is just over an hour from the South Rim Visitor Center and about 2.5 hours from Page, Arizona, where we went kayaking down the Colorado River. We had to leave a day early due to my Mom going into the hospital, so we missed using the grill and back porch on our last night. If we had been able to have that final night at the house the trip would have absolutely perfect - but it was pretty darn close.

What a great place
We were very fortunate to come in right after the 2024 blizzard that put 36 inches of snow in Flag. The property was literally right at the entrance to snow bowl. We spent our entire time down at the Nordic center snowshoeing. The house is in a great spot. Halfway between Flag and the Nordic center. The house had a great main bedroom that had views of the mountain. And the living room was really nice with the wall of glass and more views of the mountains. Everything was provided that you needed in the kitchen. the bathrooms even had some complimentary shampoo and stuff which you typically dont find in rentals. The home had a great cabin/lodge feel. With all the snow the owner had the driveway and steps to the front door cleared off by the time we got there. We had some questions on the pellet stove and he cleared those up right away. Overall great house in a great spot. Would stay again.
