Family Thanksgiving
NIce place to stay to enjoy Thanksgiving with family in the area. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Potential to cook and have meals there as well. Great place and would book again.

Fantastic spot close to everything.
A couple friends stayed together here during a Ska music festival at the fort. Easy access to Fort Monroe, Phoebus and the greater Hampton area. I appreciated the amenities there, multiple bathrooms were clutch for a group stay setting. The beds were comfortable and all 3 rooms were more than adequate. 10/10 would stay here again.

Newly renovated but needs some things
The condo is very nicely redone. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors friendly. This trip was 4 adults and 1 late teen. The condo set up was great for us. The issues we had were with the “amenities”. The house can sleep 6 but it only has seating for 3 in the living room, the dining table only has seating for 4 and the coffee pot is a “personal” size so only makes about a cup and a half at a time. We did bring the folding chairs down from the bedrooms so that we could all sit but we had to make several pots of coffee in the morning and sort of ate in shifts at the table. There was also some miscommunication between the property owner and property manager and the condo was not cleaned before we arrived. The beds were stripped and the linens in the washer so we dried them and made the beds ourselves. The cleaning company showed up the morning after our arrival very surprised to find us there as they had not been told of our arrival. The cleaning ladies were very nice and cleaned around us and we left as soon as we could. This leads me to the lack of communication with the owner. I had emailed her shortly after booking to extend the stay one day. She replied 4 days later that she could not extend the stay. We received entry codes for the doors and that was it. Not even an apology after being made aware (by the cleaning co.) that the condo had not been cleaned before we checked in. So the condo is nice - just needs a little more attention to detail.

Convenient lodging
The property was attractive, clean and conveniently located. It would have been good to know that all bedrooms were upstairs because of my husband's knee issues. We were a little concerned that some neighbors were very loud from about 10:00 p.m. on Monday night until about midnight but that was not a problem any other night. Thanks for providing such a nice space.

Comfort and Modern Decor
This was a very clean location. The decor is modern with the perfect touch of home accessories. My family was very comfortable. We were in town for a college graduation and we were able to easily commute back and forth to campus. We will definitely look to stay at this location again.

Clean property with 2.5 baths. Allowed for privacy for all guests. Townhome with steep stairs in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed.
