It would have been nice to have housekeeping. The elevators were very musty smelling. Only has 1 restaurant would be nice to have more choices.

The property is a mixed use with residents, short term and long term rentals along with hotel. Weird COVID hours for the pool and closed by 9pm. But lobby stayed open so groups can hang out there. We went with 6 couples. The only problem we had was with 2-3 cockroaches per day and the room was louder than normal due to the area. But this is a tropical location, bugs come with that.

The pool was nice. The room was in poor condition and was nothing like the photos on Travelocity. It was very run down. I saw and disposed of a roach the morning after I arrived. I would not stay there again, unfortunately. The condition of the room was **vastly** different that the photos suggested.

Great location, close to freeway and walking distance to alot of shopping and dinning. Parking lot not so great, yoy need two elevators to room, alot of the suff we needed for room we asked for, but im sure the lack of was due to covid. It was very noisy too.

This hotel was excellent for our stay! Compared to our first hotel, this one is what we needed. Our person who checked us in was nothing but fabulous! Let us know good spots around and the room was amazing with a great view. Everything you need. Not tooo fancy and not too beat up. It was perfect ! Thank you to the employee Jaime, he went over and beyond for my partner and I. Our stay would not have been the same with the great customer service provided.
