Bathroom shower & tub need to be replaced. Took picture of shower head & tub to show it was something that couldn't be cleaned by staff. If needed to be replaced. Also, with people using their own passwords to sign in, guests before me didn't sign out & was unable to use TV. Had to keep calling for service to assist. Should receive credit for inconvenience 2 days. Other than that place & staff were great!

love this hotel and will be staying everytime I go back to Waikiki, perfect location as it’s close to the beach and all the restaurants but also distant enough to where you can go to sleep early if you have something to do early the next day and not be too disturbed by the partying going on outside, the views were great! the only thing is the shower head could definitely go for a deep clean but other wise it was perfect

The hotel is cute. They have very limited parking though and I had to park around the corner at night and walk back by myself. Then 2 days later, the picture I took to locate my car was blurry. so it took some time to find it. It was a miracle that I did. The hotel locks the doors at 6 and you have to use your key. They do not allow guests or so their signs say. The front desk worker has to get up from the desk and come manually open the door. I thought that was crazy x crazy. The staff was very pleasant though. And my favorite part of the whole thing was the free lavendar seeds. All you can get or want during your stay. It's not free though because you're paid for it in some sort of fee. Because of covid they only clean by appointment otherwise no service at all. During covid when we should be cleaner than ever.... The boutique hotel is super cute. But, i can tell you the doors of the rooms on the outside as you're walking to your room---the paint/paper is peeling and it really looks tacky. They should fix that. A plus about this place is that it's truly right on the beach. It's not far AT ALL from Diamondhead either.
