Great hotel
Older hotel but perfectly located and the staff were very polite and helpful at all times. On the last day we had a late flight so we were allowed to stay after checkout in the pool area and use all the amenities, and before we left we were given access to the hospitality room where we could take showers and change. The service was 10 out of 10.

Our favourite- 2 min walk to beach, now has Tanaka of Tokyo restaurant attached to it. Lower rooms are outdated but clean and good for the price. Staff are fabulous, cafe in lobby is excellent for morning coffee, pool just renovated. Renovations are being done, starting at top so as of today, floors 15 & up are done, the rest are waiting to be renovated. Perfected located for everything Waikiki 👍

We were supposed to have a room with a balcony there were 4 of us. The couple with us were sharing their anniversary in Hawaii , the staff moved them to a room with balcony. That was very nice! They don’t heat pool so it’s too cold to enjoy unfortunately. No transportation offered to and from hotel.

that is ok
bathroom is too small and narrow to having a shower inside comfortably, shower drain does not work well, easy being blocked. hotel once made a hiding 10% charging and didn't tell us. bank send us transaction alert about this. we talk to the front reception, they explained that it was holding fee which not said on hotel's page. otherwise the location is very convenient to shopping,eating, taking bus or going to beach.
