I really liked that the staff were friendly and willing to help. The property was conveniently located. I did not like that there was mold on the walls of the bathroom and I saw a cockroach in my room (which we all know if there is 1 there are 100)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They supplied everything we asked for. Our neighbors were very loud with multiple rooms which they went in and out of constantly which was annoying. The elevators were fast and came quickly when requested. It was nice to have the marketplace across the street for snacks and some meals.

Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are out dated. Wear slippers carpet is extremely dirty with big stains all over.

We love this property, very clean. Very convenient for us that don’t have cars. Shops and diners are walkable. I would definitely come back here with my family. I would also recommend to families and friends. Thank you Travelocity for recommending this hotel.

Staff was incredible!! Great location, everything is walkable dinning, grocery, beach. My only complaint was the cockroach.

But also under Travelocity website under "Important Information" also states the Amenity Fee of $28.74 that is due at the property. Again our apologies on the confusion. We appreciate your feedback.
