Older hotel but very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Was able to check in a litter early and stayed a little late. Stored our luggage until we could get in our room and also when we were waiting to go to the airport.

The property is well kept, and the rooms are very clean & neat. I was there on an overnight medical trip so I had no opportunity to experience any amenities of the hotel EXCEPT the king size bed was the hardest surface I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The pillows were also rock hard. Sleep FOR ME was all but impossible. For ME, the comfort of the bed is THE most important factor, especially with hotel prices in Oahu hotels. I do feel a need to also expound on the SUPERIOR quality of my intake Hotel Pagoda’s front desk agent, Linda. She was exceptional.

I didn’t like the on site parking. We had to park somewhere else. They didn’t have much parking for people staying at the hotel.

Due to limited parking, I had to park in the overflow lot which was almost a block away. The map I was given was tiny and blurry; no street names were legible and the directions were only regarding what to do once I got there, not how to get there. I circled the area at least 3 times before I finally pulled out my phone and used Google Maps to find it. We'd planned to get in the pool for the last 45 minutes or so it was open, but because check in and parking took so long, the pool was only open for 10 more minutes by the time we got to the room (8:50pm). Also, since we need to be at the airport by 7:30, we will miss the pool in the morning because it opens at 8.
