Breakfast was great. Property a bit run down. Gym was way off by itself. Didn’t feel safe being over there by myself.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude. I do not understand how the hotel can hire such individuals who have no interest in customer service whatsoever. The irony is that they are suppose to be in the hospitality industry. Avoid this hotel like the plaque! I will be contacting corporate because the gm doesn't give a damn.

Its an old hotel and rhe rooms definitely need remodeling. I personally dont appreciate resort and parking fees in addition to hotel fees

We paid for a king bed 4 months in advance, but when we arrived they put us in 2 double beds for our honeymoon. Although I argued and complained, we had no other choice but to pay an upsell nightly charge to get our king bed. I assume this happens to many guests and they just have to pay extra to get what they assumed was already booked and paid for. We will never again stay at any Sheraton or Marriot world wide.

Loved the location of the property. Centrally located and easily accessible to all the shops and restaurants. One of the only negative comments I have would be the elevator situation. The first day we arrived, only 2 of the 4 elevators were working in our tower. 1 of the 2 were fixed in the next day or so, but needless to say, waiting for an elevator became frustrating at times. We had to cram into the elevators like sardines because you were never sure how long you'd have to wait til the next one was available.
