The staff at Waikiki Shoreline are an exceptional part of the hotel. They greet you with the utmost of the words Aloha Spirit. The cleaning staff is also exceptional. Our room was always clean with fresh towels and smelt fresh Everytime we came back to our room. They all have a very warm smile and are always helpful. My husband and I spent 9 nights and 10 days there. We will return every year without a doubt. This is a hotel I would recommend to anyone. It's in the heart of Waikiki, with shops and eateries just a walk away. Thank you Shoreline for an Amazing experience. See you all next year.

I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Shoreline. The hotel is located near great shopping and dining options and close to the beach. The decor has a boutique-y charm and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and I appreciated the VIP perks of a bottle of wine at check in and a room upgrade. Noise was not an issue for me (I was a little nervous from reading other reviews about the elevator and street noises). I would definitely stay here again should I return to Waikiki and I highly recommend this hotel!
