Beds were comfortable. However, they knew 4 people would be there, provided 3 bath towels. Phone didn't work, shower didn't work properly, toilet seat bumpers broken which makes it difficult to lift up. Shower curtain ripped. Carpet did not appear clean. The elevator has many broken buttons, graffiti on the walls, wires dangling from ceiling in halls. ABSOLTELY NO AMENITIES. Check in clerk not very welcoming. Password for WiFi scrawled on a mirror. The property really need to be cleaned up and staffed properly. Front desk opens at 9 AM and closes at 11PM. NOT RECOMMENDED

There were homeless people staying in their cars in the parking lot, several unsavory characters loitering around the property in the middle of the night, and shouting, arguing, swearing coming from neighboring rooms that only had a chain for protection on an adjoining door. There was also evidence of prostitution. This is NOT a Wyndham quality hotel. The interiors are old/antiquated and not updated. Furniture is worn; restroom has old fixtures and broken lights. I did not feel safe here and ended up leaving/cancelling.
