Sofa sleeper was stained and it looked soiled. The sheets for it didn't look like they had been washed. My husband asked a question for front desk, and they ignored him. We had no idea that when you get a "suite" that you had to make your own bed up. To make it worse the sofa bed was dirty. In fact, several areas of the room in general were untouched. Lets not even talk about the hotel room's phone. It was actually sticky with some substance. If this was a Hotel 8 or a Motel 6, I would expect it, but the whole reason that I booked this hotel instead of the many other choices was because of the Hilton name. I can't begin to express my disappointment!! However the only bright spot that we had was the T.V. technician Anthony. He was so courteous, professional, and just an all around pleasure.

Travelocity, I arrived at my hotel room at 10:30pm to find out that the double queen suite that I reserved was not available. They offered a king room instead. I had 4 people in my party so that room wasn’t sufficient for us to sleep. No other rooms were available so we had to finish our trip that night and drive another 5 hrs to our destination. So I paid for a room I couldn’t use and still not sure if I will get a refund

I had an amazing time. My children were in love with the room and amenities. Plus, it was super close to shopping and there were tons of things to do!!!
