I rated this hotel stay as a 3 star mainly because the nights were extremely noisy with the room above until 3am and even outside street repair at 2am. The highlight was the bartender who was very personable and timely. Even he felt understaffed. The room wasn’t too bad but could have been cleaned better. Ran out of Kleenexes the first day and was never replaced. The side lamp bulb was burnt out and never replaced. The a/c was blowing directly on our faces. Both of us got colds. Restaurants around the hotel were overpriced and the food tasted so so. Loved the pizza place though. Service impeccable and food great. It was pizza though.

You get a lot of bonus stuff like free beach access, towels, chair/umbrella, bike rental, even specialty cocktails. If you're after beach and boardwalk access this place is nice but the area around the hotel is not the best as far as things to do, places to eat. Good food at the hotel but pricey. The water pressure was terrible in our room - and it was a corner suite even :(

There is no parking for this hotel, the only options for parking is a lot that is $40 a day, or a parking area that is cheaper, but it is quite a walk back to the hotel. Wish I was informed of this prior to making my reservation. On Expedia when I booked my reservation, the Resort fee was $88.92, but when I arrived, they charged me $100. The hotel was clean and very nice, but watch out for extra charges they don’t make visible.

The worse experience ever. I found a bug on the 2nd night and told the front desk. Ive been calling and emailing them about my terrible experience and no one is taking action. Im beyond upset and asking for refund. I have the pics and video of the bug for the proof.
