i read the reviews before staying and they had me worried but we have nothing but good to say! we stayed in the 2 bedroom duplex with 2 baths full kitchen living room an GIANT DECK! Everything was well stocked and very very clean! I am a cleaning lady myself so I am alway extra crucial but this place was amazing. Right on the water, little restaurant on side and a deli/market on lower level for all your needs. Service was great, had vallet parking and was perfect. The pool was under construction but we came for the beach. I give this place a 10 and recommend it to all:) It is a little outdated if you like brand new but we had solid glass wall looking out over the ocean, it was awesome!!!!!

I had the queen bed with double sleeper beach view. The balcony and the view were amazing at a good value. The room was reasonably sized and it had a nice kitchen & closet space. The hear and air system did not seem to work at all, bathroom was in progress of getting finished and not as clean as major hotel chains. You get what you pay for. The lobby is very outdated and moldy smelling. The location was hard to get into with a car but it was not as loud as south and north beach.
