Was under the impression all taxes and fees where paid. But was told that Travelocity sold my reservation to a 3rd party and was charged an additional $35. Was advised not to use Travelocity next time. They told me to useExpedia. Thought they where the same company.

There was no onsite parking & you had to park down the street & walk a couple blocks back to the hotel. There was an additional "resort fee" they charged on top of what I had already paid on Expedia. That has never happened before.

Terrible stay. The thermostat and AC didn't work, there was a disgusting smell in my room for my entire stay, and my hotel room didn't get cleaned once despite me requesting cleaning in the morning and being promised that it would be done. Do not recommend staying here it smells so bad

I paid $185/night and this was a terrible experience on a Friday evening with family. I checked in and found that bathroom ceiling is leaking right above the toilet. Bathroom is all wet and water is dripping over the Pot so basically we can't use the toilet. Front desk & manager said they do not have any solution and no other room is available. When asked to cancel and give us refund so we can go instead of spending the night without a working toilet, the manager denied and Expedia did the same. I'm with Expedia since 2004 and expected a better treatment. Not going to book again with Expedia and of course this Motel is out of question unless you pay under $40/night. That's their worth. BTW if you are sensitive the cheap air freshener smell around reception area is enough to make you sick.

The hotel had a reservation fee on top of what I already paid to Expedia. I was unable to cover the fee and the hotel did nothing to accommodate. I even had Expedia call and they declined as well. I never got to check in and they refused the refund. Low end hotel — I can’t say I would recommend.

Frustrated but ok
I’m not sure what the room cleaning policy but my room as never cleaned and had to ask everyday for new towels etc.. I love the hotel location and ambiance and staff but the fact that they never even came to clean my room after requesting it was a bit frustrating.
