The water pressure was low had to switch rooms twice due to water pressure. The rooms weren’t clean. The staff wasn’t attentive. It was an unpleasant stay all around

I liked the room it was nice and clean and comfy To prrvent custo.er frustration name of the hotel shlould be displayed at eyelevel somewhere. It is very confusing that the sign says 'Monticello' and not until someone points out the doormat at the entrance a customer sees the name 'Oceanside'. The address should also visible on Collins ave without too much searching. 6084 usually isn't next to 63rd ave. One of the Tavern waitresses doesn't even know what the address of the tavern is.

We’re disappointed to learn that you did not have a better stay. We strive for guest satisfaction, but it seems we fell short this time around. Please consider us again, so we can make things right.

Disappointing! The room had ants in the bathroom and we had to get it sprayed twice. They changed out bed with a dirty comforter and the manager NEVER reached out to us. They handed us a meal voucher the day before checkout and we never got to use it as the restaurant kitchen closed early. I would never stay here again!
