I made the mistake of giving this facility a second chance. Both times the rooms were dirty. The bedding and lindens needs to be replaced. The floors were dirty. The shower curtain was torn. The air conditioning is on its last leg. The water pressure is nonexistent. The sheets had boot prints on them. I literally slept on top of the bedding. I don’t know where the rooms in the photos are, but I nor my friends have ever seen those rooms. I will never stay at this dump again.

The hotel was nice and Alex was super friendly! One of the guys up front also gave us recommendations for places to eat, which we appreciated. I enjoyed it and would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help. The main lobby is very pretty and looks updated. The room that we got however needs a lot ofbwork. The beds are so high the tree of has had to get a good jump to climb onto bed. It's definitely not convenient when you have to use the restroom during the night. AC is not the best either, the settings was at 65 but the room never went down past 72 the entire time we were there. It wasn't a huge big deal at night but it was during the day when we were trying to get ready to go out. Our curtains had some holes in them, restroom looked dirty. The tub looked like it hadn't been clean and lookrd pretty dirty, there was dust and walls and baseboards were very dirty along with the restroom door. We probably wont be staying there again for our next trip to NOLA. Overall our stay was fine, it was the cleanliness that got to us. But shout out to the friendly staff they were awesome.

Our stay at the Hotel St. Pierre in the French Quarter was a letdown. We were drawn in by its boutique charm, great reviews, and perfect location—right in the mix of food options and nightlife. But honestly, for what we paid for three nights, the experience was far from worth it. The place felt pretty run-down. Our windowless room looked tired, with old, stained blankets that I'd rather not think too much about. The towels? Also stained and even had holes in them. Then there's the toilet seat that was basically playing a game of "will I or won't I stay attached?" Not to mention a fire alarm with the battery tray popped open and empty, and a TV that wouldn't turn on. And the smell – it was musty, adding to the overall "ugh" vibe of the room. I wouldn’t describe the staff as attentive to their hospitality. The hotel is one of those “eco-friendly” hotels that fails to replace your towels #HelpSaveOurWaterBill , we learned pretty quickly not to toss our raggedy used towels on the floor. Considering the other options out there, I can’t recommend staying at the Hotel St. Pierre. It was a real bummer, especially given the steep price. There are definitely better places to stay in the French Quarter that are worth your time and money.
