The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast as stated, room smelled like strong fresh paint(headache level), elevators smelled like motor oil, the parking wasn’t included and cost $102.00 extra, the homeless guy was attacked by rats while he was trying to sleep on the street outside.

I would definitely be interested in hearing where the breakfast was offered; as we have no restaurant located directly on site, we strive for full transparency for all of our guests. I will be looking into the odors you experienced as well. As for the parking, our valet rates of $41 + tax per night are in line with what most hotels provide here in the midst of the city, but there are less expensive options available that may provide less convenience or safety. We'd be happy to provide alternatives for you if you choose to join us again in the future. Again, thank you for being our guest and for the feedback. We do hope you'll join us again...

Anthony, at the front desk was very helpful! The only problem that is had with the room, is that I fond a syringe in the desk drawer. Unsure if itbhad been used or not, but whatever the case it shouldn't have been there!
