The hotel decore is well done and pleasing. The room was spacious and comfortable. All furnishings were in exellent condition. Staff was friendly. It is in an area with plenty to do in close proximity

The hotel and the room were clean. Pool was ice cold until multiple people complained and the temperature was turned up. The shower did not get hotter than luke warm. The breakfast staff was extremely rude. I used the washer and dryer. The dryer’s coin box was full and the staff did not have a key to empty it. This left me with a batch of soaking wet clothes that I had to take to a local laundry mat. The staff did not care. Our house keeper and night front desk staff were very pleasant.

The property was very convenient for our needs. The room was comfortable and was clean. The only issue that was a problem was the bath towels had hair threaded through the loops of all. No doubt they were washed but not something expected on a clean towel. At least the hand towels did not have this issue

As soon as I open the door the bad odor hit yiu right in your face. Smelled like urine and feces. Women sitting in the hallway talking and laugh half of the night. It was a terrible stay.
