Rather stay home? Hang out on the patio fully equipped with an outdoor bar and TV. This one-bedroom house is surprisingly spacious— it sleeps up to four adults and two children and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

This getaway home is a labor of love hand-renovated by Hampton locals. It’s the perfect spot to wind down after a long day of exploring the Hampton area with its quiet yet convenient location. In addition to the bedroom, the home offers a pull-out sofa bed and loft space that offers additional room for families. You’ll enjoy temperature control, high-speed wifi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer, as well as amenities like a clothing iron, hairdryer, and tea and coffee. Relax indoors and out with a spacious patio equipped with an outdoor bar, lounge furniture, and a TV. No

Just right!
We were looking for something close the convention center. The tiny house was conveniently located and had a beautiful water view. Everything was perfect, wish there had been caffeinated coffee, but that was only a small inconvenience.

Not as quiet and private as we thought
Our stay was interrupted twice by the landscaper who cut the grass during evening hours at 7 pm while we tried to sit outside. I thought that was disrespectful and not quiet at all. Also, the outside cushions were invested by ants so we were not able to use them. Otherwise the tiny house was as advertised but I would not come back for a quiet weekend.

Nice and quiet
Ali and Stephanie were good hosts. They sent me the information way in advance about the property as well. It was a very quiet area and quaint as well. I liked that it is kind of central in between Newport News and Norfolk so plenty to do. The outdoor patio was nice even though it was a bit too chilly for us to hang out there. The water view was nice as well. Def would stay here again!

This is a very nice little house with everything we needed. Ali was always available when we needed him. The outdoor space is large, comfortable and scenic. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Tiny House Ever
The stay at this property was the second time for me and my husband. The host is awesome because I made a slight suggestion for a more accommodating stay for me and it was considered and done. The outdoor living area is the best feature. Last but not least the location is within a short distance to anywhere.
