The hotel is just outside the busy Niagra Falls area, where it's nice and peaceful. It is across from the Niagra River, and you can hear the peaceful sound of the river rushing by. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected. There is ample free parking and also free wifi. I am happy we decided to stay here as opposed to one of the big chain hotels.

A nice, clean, fairly comfortable room. The bathroom was on the cramped side so that lowered my overall a bit. For the price we're very pleased. A mini fridge and microwave were nice extras we didn't expect for the price. Also iron and board and hair dryer. Breakfast wasn't elaborate but good and prepared by nice ladies we could see and talk to.

The clerk that checked us in was amazing! His name began with J. He told us all about the area and the best places to eat and where to go for fun. The hotel is old and there were stains on the carpet and the room smelled so we sprayed Air freshener but we still woke up every morning with stuffy heads which cleared up after leaving the hotel room. The walls are thin so you can hear conversations as you pass the rooms.The pool was nice but the hot tub was out of order. They made our beds and straightened our rooms daily which was nice! Overall we had a nice stay.

River view is a joke.

Upon return to room from the day out. Bed covers in place over unmade bed. Discarded paper on floor. No toiletries replenished. Booked 4 adults 3 towels both nights. Manager claimed cleaner was called away and had not returned. Would not recommend.

Thank you for your comments We upgraded you for free to a family room and yes I apologized for the mistake of my staff and also went back to room personally to clean it. The joke is guests like yourself that dont appreciate hard work and people who are not perfect In the future hope your find other accommodations because it is people like yourself that make this industry hard
