Had some problems at check in and the staff was not very friendly or helpful to get it resolved. When had to change our reservation by one day; which we changed through Travelocity 2 weeks prior to our trip. When we went to check in they said we had no reservations under my name. Then they said we had already checked in. Then they said we had reserved for 2 nights. Then they said they already gave our room to someone else. Now under I have been charged for two nights when we only stayed for one.

The location was great , close to downtown Niagara Falls. However the walls are too thin, our neighbours wouldn’t shut up during the entire night, could hear them talking the entire night. Parking is expensive as well. $25 a night otherwise they send you off site and it’s $15. But the hotel is okay.
