We checked in and found that our refrigerator did not work in our room. I contacted the front desk to get a working refrigerator and it didn't happen.. we checked out early because of this. Terrible!

I think the hotel needs fresh upgrades especially in the rooms. While the room was clean in no way was it worth $200 a night. There were cracks in the bathtub and wallpaper coming off and small repairs that needed to be done.

Understaffed. Waited for attention too long at checkin and dinner. Some aspects clean and apparently newly renovated, others rusty, dated. For example, new shower/tub combo in the bath but rusty light switch and shower faucet plumbed backwards (hot is cold on dial). Also pretty noisy.
