Overall I liked the property and the location was great. However, there was always a terrible sewer smell on the first floor lobby, and the area is very loud at all times of the day and night. Not the properties fault, but loud dump trucks at 3 AM (and really multiple times every day/night) are really annoying when you are trying to sleep. They also don't service the rooms until mid to late afternoon which seemed a little strange but workable.

A lot of the reviews were complaining about the elevators being slow. I did not have any trouble with them being slow. We never really had to wait much for them. We had a town view but still had a great view of the beach.

There was some water damage on our floor. The room and building need some TLC. It was a decent place to stay that was close to everything.

I liked everything about this property! Everything is kept very clean and the staff is very attentive to the guests. The pool and Tiki bar are great onsite assets for the hotel. The gym is small, but has good equipment for those who want to use it. There are many dining and shopping options around the hotel. The best part is there is a great beach right across the street. This beach has a break wall that stops the waves, which gives you a calm area to relax in the ocean waters.
