Had a great time staying at Park shore. Can’t beat the location. The staff were nice and have great attitude. Comfortable bed and clean linens. The hotel is outdated compare to other resort BUT the location and price point is the ultimate deciding factor. Perfect for family. A lot of dining option and the beach just across the street. Will definitely come back to this location for future travel.

The room had no chair other than a stool we took out to the veranda to sit on. The vent was broken in the bathroom and the room was not super clean. Staff was nice until we asked them to clean out room after they missed cleaning on their scheduled day and had thrown our towels on the floor already. We could not stream to the TV which they made a big deal about because their internet was so bad. Location was great!

Needs a deep clean
The location was great. Lulu's was sub-par. I had the biggest issue with the cleanliness of the room. There was dust all over. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (you couldn't see through the shower glass because of how much build-up was on the doors), the rails where the shower doors slide are very moldy. The curtains were torn, the sheer curtain had bird poo on it. There was bird poo on the balcony furniture, but that was expected. The service was great, everyone was very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly.
