Stayed here overnight and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. We were there less than 24 hours so can’t speak to the amenities, but the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn’t realize there was a small water park. Definitely fun for the family!

Reserved a handicapped room for my mother in law in a wheelchair. They said they lost the reservation and put us in a normal room. Had to check out early as mom in law could not navigate a toilet without handlebars.

Checking in was an absolute nightmare. The guy has no idea what he was doing. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The location was perfect. The daily hotel fee was frustrating though since we did not use any of the amenities.

The original room the we were designated was infested with bugs. The staff did change us to another room on request. We were booked as a part of a block for a tournament in the area, and the hotel’s advertisement and instructional flyer stated that the lounge and outside area would be available until 11pm. Security staff started telling people to exit all the outside area’s at 930. When asked about it the manger told us another group had it in their contract that quiet time would supersede their own policy even though no other party was notified of the change. The staff was rude (bartender was so overwhelmed that she just left at one point and never returned), the security was rude (they even went as far as throwing peoples food out to remove them from the courtyard) the place was dirty and overpriced. Never again! and I’d recommend if you’re coming with a group for a wedding, tournament, or other large group to seek another place.
