Property is under renovation, but that did not impact my stay. The staff is very friendly and eager to serve the guest.

The property was filthy in and out. It was under construction which wasn’t the problem. First room floor was super sticky everywhere. Second room bed ruffled and the smoke detector was chirping at us. We requested a refund and went to look for a new room. Over the next 2 days have been charged 3 separate times to my credit card.

-No hot water within the facility -Rude and uninterested staff -ROACHES in the room ( i have video proof ) -Room smelled like an ashtray -All tables, light fixtures and chairs were disgusting and dirty -Bed were made nicely but the sheets looked dirty

The room was filthy. Hair in bathroom and poop and blood stains. Mold on furniture. They doubled the rate once we arrived. Worst stay ever.

It was listed as breakfast included, but they did not serve breakfast due to covid but told us their sister hotel across the street served it if we wanted to cancel and register with them. Bathroom has black mold all around the shower. Walls are thin and we heard the people in the next room until almost 4 am

We always like staying at this days inn at altamonte springs sorry that the covid was so they had no breakfast but that was understandable at this time

Room had ashhes put out on the wall..Tub was cracked with which appeared to be makeup in the soap holder in shower.. requested a non smoking cigarette burn holes in carpet the floor was dirty the room had a bad odor..similar to a sweet musty odor..
