I have always enjoyed my stays at Embassy Suites but I was a bit disappointed about a few things. *You have to pay for parking * We were there celebrating my husband's birthday and I gave them the information so they could delivery balloons and a card to him. When we got back to our room, the balloons were deflated and on the floor and the card had my name on it instead of his. I know their goal was to hit it out of the park with this complimentary service but, the details matter. Other than that all was good, the bed was comfy and the room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub arear was nice.
